Food Technology

Today in food technology we made pinwheel scones they were more like cinnamon scones then any other scones I know. I was working with Shyana today. They tasted so good but when the topping was burned they were disgusting!
Next time I make these I think I will add more milk because our dough was way too flakey before adding more milk and I still think we could have put more in.
